Payment Methods We do ask that payment is made on the day services are provided. Financial arrangements can be made for treatment with "Patient Care Credit." As a courtesy to our patients we file all dental insurance claims electronically. We file claims to any insurance carrier, however, we do remind you that your policy is an agreement exclusively between you and your employer. We can make no guarantee of estimated coverage, but do our best to see that you receive maximum benefits. It is our responsibility to make recommendations for what we feel is the best treatment for our patients - treatment recommendations are not based on your insurance benefit or limitations. (FAQ about insurance) We will try to estimate to the best of our knowledge what the insurance plan will pay, allowing you to have a "ball-park" estimate in advance what will be expected at the time of the appointment. Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at 315-474-1711 to review your concerns. We offer the following options for payment arrangements: Care Credit Finance-free up to 12 months! Extended low interest plans (as low as 13.9%) for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months (click the CareCredit logo to go to the CareCredit site for application) Call the office with any questions regarding CareCredit and financing your treatment. It's as easy as one phone call! We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
